The Puerto Rico Tourism Company lends its facilities for events, activities, and filming. Every weekend the Paseo de la Princesa is used by non-profit organizations, artisans, restaurants, and corporations to promote local industries to tourists.

The Arcada and the La Princesa Lobby are very sought after for artist exhibits and corporate events.
